If you already sent money to KrugerFX Capital
- Stop paying. Do not send any more money, including "fees" or "taxes" to release a withdrawal. Those requests are a standard part of the scam.
- Call your bank or card issuer now. Ask whether the payment can be recalled or disputed. Time limits apply, so the first days matter most.
- Keep records. Save screenshots, chat logs, emails, wallet addresses and payment references before the website disappears.
- Report it. Tell FSCA (South Africa), your national financial regulator and your local police or consumer-protection agency.
- Be wary of "recovery" offers. Anyone who contacts you offering to get the money back for an upfront fee is very likely running a second scam.
- Secure your accounts. Change passwords and remove any remote-access software the firm asked you to install.

What this warning means
South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) requires firms offering financial products — including forex and CFDs — to hold a Financial Service Provider (FSP) license. A firm warned by the FSCA is operating outside this licensing regime and has no South African regulatory recourse available to its clients.
