New Awards
In 2026, we expanded from 10 to 28 award categories. New additions include Best TradingView Broker, Best cTrader Broker, Best for Algo Trading, Most Trusted Broker, and Best for Gold Trading — reflecting how traders actually choose brokers today.
Winners' Landscape
The top spot is more competitive than ever. Multi-regulated brokers with Tier-1 licenses dominated the rankings, while several offshore-only brokers were removed entirely from consideration after failing our enhanced due-diligence checks.
Methodology Changes
Our scoring model now weights trust and regulation at 40%, product fit and costs at 30%, platform execution at 20%, and commercial viability at 10%. We also introduced real-money execution testing and withdrawal speed audits.
How We Choose Award Winners
Every broker is evaluated using our 4-pillar scoring model: trust & regulation (40%), product fit & costs (30%), platform & execution (20%), and commercial viability (10%). We open real-money accounts, test execution speed, measure spreads across sessions, verify withdrawal times, and audit regulatory status. Category winners are the highest-scoring brokers after applying category-specific filters — for example, the “Best ECN Broker” only considers brokers with verified ECN/STP execution models.

How do you decide who wins each award?
Each category has specific filter criteria and a scoring model. We evaluate all brokers in our database against those criteria, then rank them using our 4-pillar methodology (trust 40%, costs 30%, platform 20%, commercial 10%). The highest-scoring broker in each category wins.
Are these awards paid for by brokers?
No. Award positions are determined entirely by our scoring methodology. We do earn affiliate commissions when users sign up through our links, but this does not influence rankings. Commercial viability accounts for only 10% of our scoring model.
How often are awards updated?
Awards are recalculated annually. We publish a new edition each year based on the latest data from our ongoing broker testing program. Mid-year changes (broker regulatory status changes, platform updates) may shift rankings between annual publications.
How many brokers were evaluated for the 2026 awards?
We evaluated 30+ regulated brokers across 28 award categories. Only brokers that meet our minimum regulatory and quality thresholds are eligible for nomination.
Can brokers display award badges on their website?
Yes. Award-winning brokers are welcome to display BrokerAnalysis Award badges on their websites. Each award category page includes details on the winner. Contact us for badge assets.
